Shop Policies

SHIPPING

Please allow 2-7 business days for your order to be dispatched. The exact processing time can be found on each product page. This does not include shipping time, which depends on a destination country. 

  • Germany (1-3 business days) - 3,70
  • the EU, the UK - 6,90
  • Everywhere else - 12

The products are delivered worldwide by Deutsche Post/DHL. Once your order is shipped, you will always receive an email, which includes the tracking number. 


KIPI.STUDIO is based in Berlin. Please note that customers are responsible for payment of any extra duties, customs, import charges or taxes imposed by the destination country for delivery. For any additional information please refer to your local customs agency. No charges or customs will be applied to orders delivered to countries within the European Union.


I am not responsible for any issues connected with Deutsche Post/DHL, such as delayed delivery, lost items, stolen items. These items will not be replaced or refunded.


CANCELLATIONS

As a lot of my products are made-to-order, I can cancel orders only within 3 hours of their purchase, past 3 hours of placement cancellations are not possible.


RETURNS

Unfortunately I can't accept returns or exchanges of earrings  for a change of mind due to hygiene reasons. However, if there is a fault with the item once its received, or it is damaged in the post, please contact me with pictures as soon as possible and I will do everything I can to rectify it, whether it be a replacement, refund or an exchange. 


If a return is requested, buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Please contact me within 3 days of delivery in case you want to request a return. I will not mail replacements, issue refunds or grant returns if you do not contact me within 3 days of delivery. If a return is requested, buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. 
  • Pieces can be returned for a full refund of the price of item(s) as long as they are in the same brand new, unworn condition, and are posted back within the first 7 days of receipt of the package/item.

I cannot replace items if they break or are otherwise damaged while in your possession, or with regular use. I am not liable or responsible for replacing lost earrings that fall off and get lost during use. If you lost an earring, please contact me for the option to purchase one single earring to match the lost one. 


REFUNDS

As soon as your return is received and inspected, I will notify you via email. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or PayPal balance, within a certain amount of days.
