Shipping & Policies


Each piece is made-to-order, therefore please allow 2-8 business days for the jewellery to be made before shipment. The exact processing time can be found on each product page. This does not include shipping time, which depends on a destination country. 

Germany Shipping: (1-3 business days) - 4,20€, packages are sent through DHL

International Shipping: shipping costs are calculated at checkout, packages are sent through UPS, DPD, DHL

  • UPS (France, Denmark, Switzerland, the UK, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Spain) - 2-5 business days
  • DPD (the Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Luxembourg, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia) - 2-5 business days
  • DHL (other countries)

All packages are sent with a tracking number.

KIPI.STUDIO is not responsible for any issues connected with the postal services such as delayed delivery, lost items, stolen items. These items will not be replaced or refunded.

KIPI.STUDIO is based in Germany. Please note that customers outside the EU are responsible for payment of any extra duties, customs, import charges or taxes imposed by the destination country for delivery. For any additional information please refer to your local customs agency. No charges or customs will be applied to orders delivered to countries within the European Union.


As all the products are made-to-order, orders can be canceled only within 3 hours of their purchase, past 3 hours of placement cancellations are not possible.


Due to made-to-order approach returns can't be accepted for a change of mind reason. However, if there is a fault with the item once it’s received, or it is damaged in the post, please contact me with pictures as soon as possible and I will do everything I can to rectify it, whether it be a replacement, refund or an exchange. 

If a return is requested, buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a return is requested, buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Pieces can be returned for a full refund of the price of item(s) as long as they are in the same brand new, unworn condition, and are posted back within 14 days of receipt of the package/item.

If items break or are otherwise damaged while in your possession, or with regular use, they can't be replaced. KIPI.STUDIO is not liable or responsible for replacing lost earrings that fall off and get lost during use. If you lost an earring, please contact me for the option to purchase one single earring to match the lost one. 


As soon as your return is received and inspected, I will notify you via email. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or PayPal balance, within a certain amount of days.
